All of our Staff are fully trained, licensed and certified.  We employ two registered nurses, nurse's aides and medication technicians.  We provide an excellent menu of nutritious meals which is managed by our licensed food service manager.  Services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy and skilled nursing are available at our facility through various home health agencies.

Most common financial question

There is one question that we are asked by families on a regular basis...  "What happens if we run out of money?"  In all the publications and websites we have reviewed, no one seems to have addressed this concern in writing.  We may be the first to approach this sensitive subject, by explaining our policy.  Our policy is to always focus on the care needs of the Resident.   We work with families to ensure that there is always a continuum of care.  If a Resident's funds are running low, we work with families to determine new sources of income or programs of care for which the Resident may qualify.  The Victorian Inn always allows Residents to safely stay in the facility during transitional periods of time.  If a family is considering changes in the plan of care or facilities, we understand it may take weeks or months of planning.   After 20 years of providing care, we understand how important it is for you to know that the needs of your family member will always be met,  on a continuous basis, with high standards, in a manner acceptable to you.
